GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. Separate application should be submitted if receiving more than one degree.
2. The Convocation certificates of those candidates admitted to the convocation IN-ABSENTIA will be sent within 25 days after convocation by registered post to the address given by the candidate.  Kindly fill the correct address and contact number in the specified columns.
3. NAD and ABC registration details are mandatory
4. No refund of fee will be entertained at any circumstances.Once remitted
5. If the Convocation is held on Online mode, Certificates will be sent through post, Candidates are advised to write correct address while filling the application.
6. Important Dates: Date of Commencement Online Application 21.04.2025
7. Last date of submission of online Application 22.05.2025 upto 6.00 pm
8. Last date of receipt of hardcopy of online Application along with enclosures 31.05.2025 upto 5.00 pm

Before filling online application, kindly possess the following documents :

1)   Recent passport size colour photograph (without mask) The dimension of photograph must be 3.5*4.5 cm (width*height) within 10KB to 100KB limit. Mobile Selfies will not be accepted.

2)   Signature in .JPEG format within 10KB to 100KB limit.

3)   Scanned Photocopy of Provisional Certificate or Final Semester Grade Card in .pdf format within 50KB to 1000KB limit. 

4)   Scanned Photocopy of No-Due Certificate in pdf format within 50KB to 1000KB limit.
