GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. Candidates who are declared qualified for the award of Ph.D /Post Graduate / Under Graduate/Diploma programme/s till December 2024 are eligible for receiving the respective degree certificate. 

2.Separate application should be submitted if receiving more than one degree.

3.In Registration Form  Hindi is not mandatory its optional only, We Consider English Only.

4.Copy of the all Marks Cards, Provisional Degree Certificate, Matriculation/ SSC/CBSE/HSC Certificate, No Dues Certificate and Income Certificate (in case of SC/ST students of Karnataka State) * should be submitted along with the application. NDC (No Dues Certificate) and Provisional Certificate/ Final Semester Grade Card are mandatory documents to produce along with Hard Copy of the Application. Recently obtained valid certification from the authorities is to be produced to claim the exemption of Fee as per Note-1. 

5.Before filling online application, candidate must be aware of all required scanned document/s along with recent passport photo in jpg/jpeg format (Upload clearly visible Passport photo having a width of 190 pixels and height of 220 pixels) Maximum size allowed in 100kb. Scanned signature is also required to upload 

6.A Passport size photograph with blue/white background has to be uploaded

7.Payment gateway will be opened only after successful filling-up of online application and print application will be generated after successful payment, Please use Desktop / Laptop to login for fee payment (for avoiding Payment issues) make sure your internet connectivity should be good, Do not pay through UPI and QR scanner code in mobile browser, since there are problems in payments through these modes of payment, Pay through any debit card or credit cards and internet banking (nationalized banks).  

8.Convocation Certificate will be sent within 25 days after the Convocation for the In-absentia Candidates.

9.Payment should be made through Online only

11.Students who cleared arrear courses before December 2024 for claiming fee exemption for the eligible students as per Note-1

12. No refund of fee will be entertained at any circumstances, once remitted.

13.If Convocation is held on online mode, certificates will be sent through post. Candidates are   advised to write correct address while filling the application.

14. Hard copy of the Online Application form along with Passport Size Photo, Photocopy of Grade Cards, No Due Certificate and Category Certificate in the case of SC/ST/PWD as per GOI format should be sent to the office of the         Controller of Examinations, Central University of Karnataka, Kadaganchi, Aland Road, Kalaburagi- 585 367 by registered post or submitted in person before 31.05.2025 up to 5.00pm. The list of eligible candidates will be hosted on the university website after due verification.

 

Before filling online application, kindly possess the following documents :

1)   Recent passport size colour photograph (without mask) with blue/white background.  The dimension of photograph must be 3.5*4.5 cm (width*height) within 10KB to 100KB limit. Mobile Selfies will not be accepted.

2)   Signature in .JPEG format within 10KB to 100KB limit.

3)   Scanned Photocopy of Provisional Certificate or Final Semester Grade Card in .pdf format within 50KB to 1000KB limit. 

4)   Scanned Photocopy of No-Due Certificate in pdf format within 50KB to 1000KB limit.
